About the Position:

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a healthcare company based in Ankara. The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s technology strategy, managing IT infrastructure, and driving innovative technology solutions tailored for the healthcare industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic management and development of technological infrastructure and systems
• Designing and implementing technology solutions specific to healthcare services
• Monitoring new technologies and integrating them into company processes
• Managing, budgeting, and coordinating technology projects
• Leading, developing, and motivating the IT team
• Establishing and enforcing information security policies
• Reporting periodically to senior management and providing strategic guidance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronic Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology management, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Expert knowledge in project management, technology integration, and system management
• Proficient in English
• Analytical thinker with innovative and strategic vision
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
