About the Position:
On behalf of our client, a leading company in the packaging industry, we are seeking a Digital Transformation Director.
This role will be responsible for defining the company’s digital transformation strategy, integrating technology into production, supply chain, sales, and customer experience processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the company’s digital transformation vision and roadmap
Plan and manage Industry 4.0 initiatives, IoT, MES, ERP, and CRM systems
Implement data analytics, automation, and AI solutions within production processes
Oversee cybersecurity and data governance strategies
Enhance digital customer experience, e-commerce, and online channels
Lead cross-departmental digital projects ensuring integration and alignment
Manage digital transformation projects in line with budget, timeline, and quality objectives
Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to increase competitiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation projects within the manufacturing sector (preferably in packaging)
Proven leadership in ERP, MES, CRM, and data analytics projects
Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 applications, IoT, automation, and AI technologies
Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills
Advanced level of English
Residing in or willing to relocate to the European side of Istanbul
